The staff of Kollegi.is has strong connections throughout the different industry sectors of Iceland. Kollegi.is is run by Highway ehf, but we include occupational health specialists, coaches and employees with business / operational and vocational education.
The process
Our service is simple. We get inquiries about workers for specific jobs. We then start a search within our database and with our partners in the EEA area. When we find matches, we send information about interesting candidates to the company asking for workers. The company then decides if they are interested about employment.
Our goal
Our goal is to successfully connect the right employee and employer
with the benefits of both parties in mind. For this reason, we emphasize that the employee meets the expectations of the employer and that the employer treats the employee in accordance with with laws and regulations on the Icelandic labor market.
